London, UK. April 2025THE FRNTAL has announced a strategic expansion into new global markets, responding to increasing demand for narrative-focused brand leadership and elite representation.
To fuel this global growth, the agency is strategically expanding into key markets, establishing a new headquarters in Dubai alongside its established offices in Los Angeles and London, and offering elite, story-driven representation for high-profile talent and brands. Known for its work with high-profile individuals across entertainment, business, and culture, THE FRNTAL is positioning itself as a premier global partner for celebrities, creators, and corporate entities navigating visibility and legacy.
The expansion is rooted in THE FRNTAL’s distinct approach to representation, blending high-level talent management with culturally relevant branding strategies and curated public relations. Since its inception, the agency has served an elite roster of actors, musicians, entrepreneurs, and thought leaders. Now, with increased global demand and a shifting cultural landscape, THE FRNTAL’s team is scaling its services to deliver even greater impact across borders.
“Our mission has always been to support our clients with strategy and substance,” said Shery Lunardi, Founder and Director. “This expansion marks an important milestone in our ability to serve talent and brands on a global scale, with the same individualized, intentional approach that defines everything we do at THE FRNTAL.
Global Expansion Backed by Elevated Service Model
THE FRNTAL’s expanded operations will introduce a new slate of service enhancements designed for clients requiring next-level access and brand control in international markets. These enhancements include international brand partnerships, multilingual campaign development, cross-market media placements, and VIP access to global cultural events. The expansion also includes the onboarding of regional liaisons and strategic consultants in key cultural capitals to better serve clients in US, Asia, Europe, and the Middle East.
The agency’s service model remains rooted in six primary areas:
  • Celebrity and talent management
  • Public relations and editorial media strategy
  • Brand building and strategic partnerships
  • Influencer and VIP access networking
  • Publicity campaign development
  • Entertainment and business consulting
This framework enables the agency to offer bespoke strategies tailored to clients’ public personas, while ensuring they remain aligned with evolving media narratives and brand standards.
A Hybrid Approach to Fame and Business
Under Shery Lunardi’s leadership, THE FRNTAL has pioneered a hybrid model that merges public relations, business strategy, and reputation management. Unlike traditional agencies, the firm’s offerings are built around the idea that fame, brand equity, and business success are deeply interconnected.
Clients of THE FRNTAL benefit from a tailored approach to visibility—where reputation is protected, brand voice is carefully shaped, and exposure is driven by story and intention. The firm operates discreetly behind some of the industry’s most impactful personal brands, orchestrating campaigns, negotiating partnerships, and building narratives that endure beyond media cycles.
“Visibility is not enough in today’s climate,” Lunardi said. “The real value lies in positioning. Who you are, how you show up, and how you’re remembered matters more now than ever.”
Aligning Celebrity with Culture
With global media shifting rapidly and influencer saturation challenging audience trust, THE FRNTAL focuses on aligning celebrity with culture. The agency’s campaigns are designed to do more than increase impressions—they’re meant to build meaningful identity across media, business, and lifestyle ecosystems.
By maintaining relationships with global editors, industry leaders, event producers, and brand executives, THE FRNTAL places its clients at the right intersections—on red carpets, magazine covers, and strategic brand collaborations. Through calculated exposure and narrative refinement, the agency ensures clients build not only fame, but influence that lasts.
Industry Momentum and Future Outlook
As part of its ongoing growth, THE FRNTAL will introduce private client divisions focusing on discreet advisory services for ultra-high-net-worth individuals, legacy-building for family brands, and thought leadership development for executives transitioning into public-facing roles. This initiative supports the agency’s belief that visibility should serve a greater purpose: to advance business, personal values, and cultural legacy.
The firm’s continued innovation has earned recognition within the entertainment, fashion, and business spheres. THE FRNTAL’s growing influence has positioned it as an essential partner for clients navigating both personal evolution and public relevance.
With new offices and team integrations across multiple regions, Shery Lunardi’s vision remains clear. “We’re building something that extends beyond campaigns or headlines,” she said. “We’re creating architecture for influence—custom-built for every individual or brand we represent.”

LONDON, UK. March 3rd, 2025 – Felix & Spear is proud to present This Green and Pleasant Land, an evocative exhibition featuring new paintings and a powerful sculpture by acclaimed artist Tam Joseph. Through his thought-provoking works, Joseph explores themes of identity, culture, and social issues, encouraging audiences to engage deeply with his artistic vision.

Reflecting on his experiences, Joseph says:

“I sang Blake’s poem during assembly at Drayton Park Primary School in Highbury, North London, from 1955 to 1960. At that time, I didn’t fully grasp its deeper meanings, and I doubt many of my classmates did either, as I was a newcomer to the UK. I first encountered the word “tramp” in the UK. In Dominica, there were a few homeless people, but the small population meant we barely noticed them. However, post-World War II London exposed me to many “tramps” men who looked worse for wear in ways I couldn’t understand. They were often depicted in the comic books I read: a happy looking man with a beard and tattered clothing, carrying a stick over his shoulder, with a polka dot bundle that presumably held all his belongings.

As the 1970s faded into the 1980s, the image of the “tramp” disappeared, replaced by the “homeless” and eventually “rough sleepers”. I had experienced sleeping on the streets of Old Delhi in 1968 and felt something whenever I saw someone sleeping rough. Over time, however, my attitude began to change, with thoughts creeping in such as: “It’s not your problem”, “Don’t take any notice!”, and “You can’t help everybody, can you?”

I realised I was building a protective shell to deny what I saw. Although some might call it self-protection, every time I walk past a rough sleeper, pretending they’re not there, I know I am going against my nature. Recognizing hidden truths is essential to my existence and keeps me grounded.”

The exhibition will be on view at Felix & Spear from 20 March to 17 May 2025.

About Tam Joseph
Born in 1947 in Roseau, Dominica, Tam Joseph is a British painter, sculptor, and graphic designer who moved to London in 1955. He studied at the Central School of Art and Design and briefly at the Slade School of Fine Art before travelling across Europe and the Far East. He later graduated in Typographic Design from the London College of Printing.

During the late 1970s and early 1980s, Joseph worked for Africa Journal, travelling extensively in Africa. His involvement with the Keskidee Centre Collective in North London placed him at the heart of African and Afro-Caribbean political and artistic movements. His work frequently blends humour with sharp political commentary, addressing themes of diaspora, identity, and world history.

Joseph’s work has been exhibited in major institutions, including:
  • Caribbean Art at the Crossroads, El Museo del Barrio, Studio Museum in Harlem, Queens Museum (2012)
  • No Colour Bar: Black British Art in Action 1960–1990, Guildhall Art Gallery, London (2015–16)
  • Life Between Islands, Tate Britain (2021–22), Art Gallery of Ontario (2023–24)
His works are held in numerous public collections, including the Arts Council Collection, Tate, and the Victoria & Albert Museum.

Spider-Man, Harry Potter, and The Simpsons top the charts as the UK’s favorite franchises in a study that uncovers the entertainment preferences of Gen Z, Millennials, and Gen X.
LONDON, UK. February 25th, 2025 – A new study by JvM NERD and Appinio has revealed the UK’s ultimate entertainment franchises, offering unique insights into the generational preferences driving fandom culture. From superheroes and animated icons to gaming franchises, the research highlights what captivates British audiences across age groups.
Top 10 UK Franchises by Popularity
The study, which surveyed 2,000 participants across the UK, ranks the 50 most beloved franchises based on recognition and enjoyment. Here are the top 10:
1. Spider-Man – The web-slinger reigns supreme, with a fanbase spanning all generations.
2. The Simpsons – The iconic animated series proves timeless, holding strong appeal across decades.
3. Harry Potter – The Wizarding World continues to enchant, especially among Millennials and Gen Z.
4. Super Mario – Gaming’s flagship plumber remains a favorite for nostalgia-driven Millennials and younger Gen Z audiences.
5. James Bond – The quintessential British Spy has captivated audiences since the 1950’s
6. The Lord of the Rings – J.R.R. Tolkien’s epic fantasy still captivates fans of all ages.
7. Jurassic Park/World – Since the first film’s release in 1993, the franchise has spanned multiple successful movies, games, books and merchandise.
8. Star Wars – With one of the most dedicated and loyal fandoms, this franchise continues to engage with audiences across all age groups.
9. X-Men – From comics to the big screen, X-Men has been a fan favourite since 1963.
10. Grand Theft Auto – With the latest installment due to be released in 2025, GTA VI is one of, if not THE most anticipated games of all time.
“The most beloved franchises are able to evolve with their audience. These IPs thrive because they transcend generations and mediums.” says Calvin Innes, GM & Creative Director at JvM NERD London. “The biggest names in entertainment are the ones that meet fans wherever they are, on the big screen, in gaming, through streaming, and in the real world through experiences and merchandising. The worlds of film, TV and gaming in particular are growing closer and closer together, creating an opportunity for endless world building and storytelling.”
Generational Favorites: A Deeper Dive
The study highlights how different generations connect with entertainment franchises in unique ways:
Gen Z (18-24 years):
Gaming takes center stage, with franchises like Grand Theft Auto and Call of Duty among the favorites. Escapism and identity play significant roles, as 49% of Gen Z respondents agreed their fandom is a big part of who they are, and for 69% movies, gaming and fandoms help them to escape the everyday stresses of life.
Millennials (25-40 years):
Nostalgia-driven franchises such as Harry Potter, The Simpsons, and Super Mario dominate this group. Additionally, Millennials are avid fans of The Lord of the Rings, blending childhood memories with epic world-building and storytelling. 46% of Millennials consider their geekiness and fandoms to be an important part of who they are.
Gen X (41-56 years):
This group leans into classics, with strong affinity for James Bond, Jurassic Park, and Star Wars. For them, entertainment often reflects both nostalgia and enduring cultural icons. With 61% of Gen X saying that movies, series and games allow them to escape life’s stress, the cross generational appeal of fandoms is clear.
Fandom, it seems, is a clear part of people’s identity and an important form of escapism. Across all age groups, 61% to 69% of respondents agreed that movies, series, and games provide an escape from daily pressures. Furthermore, 69% of Gen Z and Millennials reported that their geekiness and fandom are integral to their personal identity.
A Changing Fandom Landscape
The study also reveals key insights into how fandoms are evolving:
Gender Representation: Franchises like Harry Potter, Super Mario, Stranger Things and The Hunger Games rank high among female fans, signaling a shift in traditionally male-dominated fandom spaces.

The Rise of Gaming: The study reveals that gaming has officially outpaced movies, TV, and even music as the dominant entertainment genre, with an astounding 78% of Gen Z identifying it as a key interest. This is a cultural transformation that spans multiple demographics and generations, with 67% of Millennials and 46% of Gen X also citing gaming as a central part of their entertainment habits.
Korea: The Hidden Champion Shaping Global Pop Culture
While Hollywood franchises dominate the rankings, the influence of Korea as a cultural powerhouse cannot be overlooked. From K-Pop’s global takeover, with acts like BTS and BLACKPINK redefining the music industry, to the phenomenal success of titles like Squid Game, All of Us Are Dead and Kingdom, Korean entertainment continues to set new trends. Korea’s influence on western music is growing, as seen with Bruno Mars and BLACKPINK’s Rosé on “APT. Beyond music and TV, K-Beauty and Korean fashion have become global standards, influencing everything from luxury brands to mainstream skincare routines.

Calvin Innes, GM & Creative Director at JvM NERD London, said:  “Fandom isn’t just about entertainment. It’s identity, community, and cultural capital. This study shows that the franchises people love reflect who they are, offering brands a powerful opportunity to connect with audiences on a deeper level.”

LONDON, UK. 17th January, 2025 – The Phoenix Arts Club, a cornerstone of London’s independent theatre scene for over 30 years, has launched a Crowdfunder campaign to raise £125,000 to secure its future operations in 2025. This renowned venue, now operating as a Community Interest Company (CIC), continues to champion creativity, community, and fair pay for artists.

Welcoming over 100,000 guests annually, The Phoenix Arts Club has hosted almost 1,000 shows in the past year alone and paid over £3 million to creative practitioners in the last five years. Despite successfully recovering from the pandemic and scaling its audio-visual capabilities with an Arts Council England grant, the venue now faces financial challenges due to rising operational costs and the lack of ongoing funding commitments.

Why Support The Phoenix Arts Club?
  • Protecting a vital space for theatre-makers, cabaret artists, and the creative community.
  • Ensuring artists are paid a fair wage, with revenue directly supporting performers. Over the last five years, more than £3 million has been paid to creative practitioners, with the venue proudly maintaining its status as a London Living Wage Employer.
  • Expanding community initiatives by offering a platform for emerging talent and theatre professionals. In 2025, the goal is to develop 10 new works of theatre, providing paid research and development time, as well as directorial, marketing, and producing support, culminating in live showcases within the venue.
  • Investing in the venue to maintain a welcoming and creative space, including upgrades to staging, the installation of a baby grand piano, and the purchase of theatre-specific headset microphones.
2024 was a landmark year for The Phoenix Arts Club, featuring hit productions such as Spring Awakening, RENT, and Title of Show, which later transferred to Southwark Playhouse. The club also hosted international stars like Tituss Burgess, Scissor Sisters, and Laura Mvula, alongside rising talents like Henry Calvert and Emily Kitsch. Cabaret highlights included performances by Sarah-Louise Young, Marcel Lucont, and Joe Black, while comedy legends such as Kevin Bridges, Stephen Merchant, and Jack Dee tested new material on its iconic stage.

By contributing to this fundraiser, supporters will play a vital role in safeguarding the future of this iconic venue and the creative community it nurtures. Every penny raised will be reinvested into the club’s charitable work and its mission to provide a home for creativity in London’s West End.
